Is there a patch to mask the F9 integration errors. We are using PID-Rs between the 350 and ROlM 9751 and see a lot of F9 errors. Thanks

yes there is a patch do have this masked out but fyi it will also mask real errors also. See below for patch info but it will change per software level on your system. If you help getting it installed let me know

Aria 03.10.09-1 DE10482801 ECR555201 Patch to disable the logging of F9/08 errors for "no dialtone" on port for a pick on Rolm integrations.

Description: Rolm PBX is slow in returning dialtone for a port when it is performing a pick. When this occurs, the system logs and f9/08 error.
Symptons:

Considerations: This patch merely masks the appearance of the F9/08 status log entry. An actual no dialtone condition may exist, thus hindering the ability to identify a real customer-affecting problem. It is recommended that prior to installation of this patch, thorough troubleshooting has been performed to insure there are service affecting problems which the installation of this patch may obscure. This is a cold patch; system reboot is required.

Thanks, I don't know if we want to apply this patch yet or not. I will let you know if I need assistance. thanks again.
