F9 and F11 key make OWS hang

Hi,

DNA 5.5 sp3 with hotfix 301 and 304. OS is W2003 server SP2, SQL 2005 express onnecting 4 OWS with XP.

When F9 key 9 detail or F11 message key is pressed, it hangup for 15 seconds to 30 seconds sometimg. The worst is nned to restart the RDS in server.

Anyone meet this problem?

Not experienced this - network problem? what does RDM.exe show on client and server if run on both at same time?

I thought it may be the nework problem at the very begining. After isloate from their network. Problem still there.

Any tips to me for how to run the RDM.exe?

It is in a bin folder under DNA_S, double click and select RDS. It is a standalone so copy and place on the client and do same.

You can see real-time RDS each end and save to logfile if you want
