F74 denied in admin 1

I'm going into a MICS 5.0 system I didn't set up; when I try to Park with F74, I get "denied in admin." Where would this be denied in admin?

Check restrictions under the sets programming.

i can't find anything. the extensions on this are 100 to 128; i think it might be denied since the first park is 101. is there a way to change the first park number?

If your extensions start with 1xx then park will not. Go into access codes and make sure that you have a Park Prefix assigned.

thank you, sir. changed the park prefix from none to 3, now it parks on 301.
