I'm not aware of any reports.. but with that said. I would toss a few things out that make the reports useless for now. PacBell used to own the frame circuit and cloud. 1 800 number took care of it and GTe was the laughing stock of LA. Since the telecom act passed, PAcbell in order to get into more markets, spun the frame relay *protocol* folks into a new compnay, AIS and kept the line folks at Pacbell. So now when you have a frame outage.. you get the normal finger-pointing and two to three groups involved. And none seem to know what the hell frame relay really is. GTE has it's own pains right now.. can not run a DSL circuit to save their collective butts. Again, they are fragmenting into smaller biz units. A outage that normally took 2-4 hours to correct has taken upwards of 4 days. I have one frame that has NEVER worked from day one and it's been 3 months. go figure.. We also use AT/T and have some problems with our cross country links with them.
Oh the joys
