There are also a number of books on Extreme Programming.
I'm interested in peoples views on this. When I had a quick flip through the principles, a lot of the "rules" can be seen to derive from a mixture of other methods.
So, my personal view is that this stuff is definitely worth a read. Don't expect anything too ground breaking, and be prepared to adopt a pick and mix attitude when deciding on your method and approach in house.

Any views??
Simon.

Well...ya know folks, I just have to grin at this excerpt from one of the EP websites. Its about one of the goals of Release Planning.

"A useable, testable system that makes good business sense delivered early is desired"

Imagine that !!

Simon, I just started looking into Extreme Programming and from all accounts that I have read to day, you are 100% on the mark.

Cheers,
Ivan In not now, when?
If not here, where?
If not us, who?

Just do it!!
