hi guys we have recently setup a md110 system bc12, due to unfortunate events, out administrator is no longer able to manage the pbx, so i have been put in charge, i have a basic knowledge of the system, please could anyone help me out with some training guides or a list of commands and what functions they perform, thanks

Definitely you need a training. You need a reference book and you can ask your local ericsson dealer.

i have but they are taking to long to get them, does anyone know of an online reference book or list of commands???

a little word of advise,
patcher is correct.

you can do a lot of damage with a little knowledge.

you need "some form of training" even if you were given commands yuo need the parameters, and will need to understand the nuances of the MD.

There is no quick route to this, you need "TRAINING"

ya, i have a pretty good understandining of, dont get me wrong, i have been doing this for a while on the cisco and alcatel products so i know what can be done, and have been maintaining the md110 for about 6 months now, i just want to get a little deeper under the skin....
as for "training" its a bit hard coz i am from south africa and there arent many courses here...

if you are saying that you "Have" limited MD110 experience then you would benefit from a copy of ALEX, unfort its a big program and I cant send it to you.

Your provider/maintainer D or E/// can supply it.
