We have installed corporate edition build 8.00.9374, and are getting a lot of extraction errors across a few different machines. The event log says -'could not scan 'blah blah..' due to extraction errors encountered by the decomposer engines.' The files/folders which aren't being scanned are a mixture of files, a small few are zipped, only some are password protected, and there's none encrypted, so does anyone know of any way to get around this? I had a look on eventID.net and it seems I'll have to install a new build, and this means getting in contact with Symantec and getting one sent to us, but is there anything else I can do?
