Hi,
I have got an old application written in Btrieve/N ver.5.00a
and I have to extract data from it. The only data files
present in working directory have .btf extension.
What about that format? How can I export data from these files?

Try looking @ btsearch - if you do a search in this forum (or in google) you should find a link to it.

My white paper at on Accessing Btrieve files from ODBC can provide much of the background information so that you know what you are getting into.

Sometimes, such an extract can be easy, and sometimes it can be quite difficult. See the section at the end of the paper for a way to extract the raw data, and see if that helps you. If not, you'll need to know a LOT more about the application.
