We are trying to extract CMR/CDR statistics from Call Manager. According to Cisco, using the CDR on-Demand process (get_file_list, get_file) should be used to extract the information (using it for a 3rd party application). But, when we use it, we only receive the CDR information.
Question: Is there another command to retrieve both the CDR and CMR information or is the another process that we should be using.
