I Guys,

Would any one know if you can export the system speed dials on a BCM as a csv file so that it can be loaded onto an IP Office.

regards,

Indeed you can, the IP Offce needs them Name,Number i.e:

Andys Mobile,012345678

Assuming you mean directory entries, I think you can also add the index number/speed dial code to the end as follows:

Andys Mobile,012345678,001

Hi amriddle01

How may I do that,

I copied and paste'd the speed dials onto a word Doc then onto the Directory csv but it isnt accepting the File. The pasted elements dont work?

Would you know the column requirments?

Also pasteing the numbers has taken all the 0 at the start of each number. I think its a Microsoft csv format thing?

Dont use Word!
a CSV file should be plain text (xcell an export as CSV if needed)

I use notepad and just paste them in (formatted as above) each on a separate line, and save it as .csv then import :)
