Is there a way to extract an image from a screensaver file?

print screen can send it to the clipboard and paint can save it as a file when you paste it from the clipboard to the paint program. In XP Paint can save as JPEG.

You might want to set the interval time to a small number so you don't have to wait long for the image/s you want to come around.

It was that simple. Thanks for all your suggestions.
