Extract data from interbase db

Hi,
I received an interbase db file from a customer and we simply want to extract data from it. As I'm a newbie in interbase world, some advices would be very helpfull.

In fact, I would like to extract from this interbase DB all data in text format, or access or dbase. Please help us. Thks in adv.
