You can use export/import feature of SQL Server or with the SQL Server local package feature. You can define a workflow which export the part of your database to the excel.Get more help from SQL Server online help WENG YAN

i appreciate the response, but i dont' want to export, i need just to replicate the data over, and i need to do this on a daily basis, thanks once again

i am sorry, i guess i just looked it over, and just want to verify that if i do this, it will just copy the data over right, i mean it wont' affect my database at all, is that correct, also, i just need to extract certain table, not the whole database, how could i get very granilur into what i want to extract, again, this not to move the data, but just to copy, thats what this will do right, thanks!

You can export a specified table to another database(not only SQL Server, but also other datasource). And you can establish a job that run periodly. WENG YAN

Look at Data Transformation Services in Book on Line. This is the feature that does what you want, but it is very powerful so a full description of everything it does is not possible here. But yes, you can export a table or specified records form a table to an excel file on a scheduled basis using DTS.
