Extra full stop in word

Hi

I have a customer that is getting an extra full stop when the full stop is pressed? It is not show/hide and there does not seem to be any other problems except this extra full stop?

I have sorted it out now it was a someones idea of fun to make the full stop double up with Auto Text. Yet another Memo:)
