Extra form feeds for labels

I am printing labels from a web application via Crystal Reports. The label prints correct directly from Crystal, but when I print from the web application via Acxtive X viewer, I am getting 2 form feeds following the label.

Any ideas what cause this and how to fix the problem?

Is the printer used for the report in Crystal available as an option on the web server's PC?

The printer is not an available choice on the web server.

If you install that printer driver on that server the problem should go away...
