IPO 9.1 with an ISDN PRI in US. When they dial out, the system is setting up Calling Party ID with an extra digit appended to the end. They originally reported it to me as "It's adding a 0 to the end of our number", but I have seen it append other random digits to the end of every Calling Party ID I've captured with a trace in System Status, not just 0. Any suggestions as to what may be causing the extra digit to be appended to the Calling Party ID?
NOTE: I'm using Incoming Call Handling to determine the Calling Party ID, not ARS...unique DID per employee.
I've tried two incoming call handling formats: 5551234567 and i5551234567, both of which have the same result for the Calling Party ID on call setup. What am I missing?
Thanks, in advance, for your suggestions!
