in which they suggest that you should put a formula into the group footer of the report, OK this is a fix but it’s not the solution.
We then found an article @ crystal which highlighted a similar problem using crystal 8 via the net, the solution was to update your CRViewer.dll & ActiveXViewer.CAB on the server.
We asked Seagate if this solution would work for our problem with V7, but they said that CRViewer.dll V8.0.0.502 would not work with crystal 7.
We have a server run crystal V8 so decided to implement the fix on this server, then from a client's PC we called a report from our V8 server, the clients PC CRViewer.dll was updated to V8.0.0.502. When they next printed a report from our V7 server, no more blank pages printed and the report displayed OK.
So I think that if you can get a copy of dll then copy it to you clients PC's this will fix your problem. I did try to find you the seagate article again without any joy
This is because the summary section of your report.
If you don't have anything to be printed at the summary section which is just one section below the page footer,
you have to hide it by right click that section and select format section and select hide section
Hi check and see if in your report group exper you have the group selected and click the option button and check keep together and print on next page check also
