Extra 6.5 registry error

I have installed Extra for Win NT with Rally 6.5 SP. When running thin client in a citrix environment the user gets the follwing error:
'Failed to update the system registry'.

It works fine on one of our other servers. Have I missed something? Any help would be appreciated.

To fix this, run rededt32 and update security on the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT key. There should be a TERMINAL SERVER USER account. If you add full control it works. I am not sure what the minimum security settings would be and still allow it to work.
