Extn to Extn calls - Ringing but not Hearing

Guys,

This one has me completely stumped...IP Office v2 Rel.9.1.0.0 build 437
I can dial an internal extn, I can hear the rings either handset/speaker...the extn I'm dialing rings and when I pickup I can't hear the other person and vice-versa!!

The crazy thing is it works for some and not some!!!

There's a mix of 5400 series and 1400 series phone-sets

BTW...It's the same with making and external call as well!!!

Any assistance is greatly, greatly appreciated

Is it all on a DS module that works or do some work and some don't on the same module?

I wouldn't run a .0 version on any customer so might start with upgrading.

What DS modules are you using?

Maybe DS30V1? These aren't supported on rel 9.1.x
