we have avaya cm 8.1 and want to know that if we place an internal call extn to extn but no one receive then it should be drop after certain time or ring.
is it possible, if yes then let me know the process.
Check you station page on CM, if the extension has voicemail then when the call is not answered will then go to voicemail assuming that your cover path is voicemail. If you don't want that to happen and just busy out then remove the cover path to voicemail.
