External Voicemail 1

I have a user that is in the GrpCover 30 and voicemail works internally. When the number is dialed from the outside it keeps ringing and ringing, voicemail does not pickup. I know this has to be some little fix, but for the life of me I can not remember what that fix is.

Program a Coverage Off button on the phone, and see if it is activated. I believe it is code *49. If it is lit, turn it off and remove the button. Also try *46, Coverage VMS Off.
