Hi all, new here, so please forgive me if this has been posted before- I searched and couldn't find an existing thread. My problem is that we have external clients of ours set up on our Sharepoint sites, but they're not getting any of the alerts or invitations SPS generates. I added my own personal email acc't to one of our sites and got nothing as well, not even in my junk folder. Any advice would be greatly appreciated- thanks in advance.

External users not receiving emails or alerts

I've been able to get it to work so it's not impossible. Maybe you have to enable the service to email to non-domain recipients?

i think this is dependent on the environment. you might want to work with your exchange guys to figure out what settings need to be enabled.
