I can not transfer a external call to another external number. If I call from a internal exyension and transfer to an external number that works. I've had this problem in the past and there was a prombt that needed changeing but it's been so long that I forogt what it is. Thanks for any help.. Oh the switch is Option 11 running RLS 23.

got "cff" in opts? under ftr...in cdb?

Thanks but no change with CFF or CFO

You will need following settings:
LD 15
TYPE NET_DATA
TRNX YES
EXTT YES

Watch out for phreakers though....
regs,
@win

I'll give it a try.
Thanks

It doesn't matter if I use CFO or CFF.

Try turning TRMB to yes in your rdb. It allows an incoming call to be routed back out on the same route.

try to play with FTOP in LD 15 NET DATA and FTTC in set CLS
exp.FTOP FTLY and set CLS FTTU is works.

No go so far but I couldn't find any FTOP prombt in LD 15. Thanks for all the advice though if you can thinkl of anything else please let me know.

Still no luck here is my NET data. I know I'm missing one little prombt somewhere because this has happened in the past with an Option 61C that we had upgraded. Thanks for all the help.

I'm back....I've tried everything stated above with no luck. Any other ideas.
Thanks

Check TGAR config at the route and TARG on the set that make the transfer. They must be different.

If you have a TIE line check LD 15 CCS DATA
TRY CCRS=TLD (Must be different of FR2)

MAKE SURE THAT THE NEDC AND THE FEDC IN RDB ARE SET TO ETH NOT TO JNT AS JNT PROHIBITS TRANSFER
