I have a customer who is using # then a code i.e. #15 to access external routes for staff, I cant find reference to the code anywhere to see how the route is set and which route/trunk the calls go out on. I have checked route info, least cost routing tables, number analysis, service codes and abbreviated dialing but cant find out how the route is set.
Also is there a system setting to limit call length to something like 2 hours per call?
