I just replaced a Nortel Compact with an IPO V6. Customer had a M7310 phone, wired the headset jack to an Algo Duet which is wired to an external horn. Is there any options or products for the Avaya 1408 phone to have this same setup without using an analog port?

Without using an analog port, nothing, unless you want to pull the phone apart and tap into the speaker, for the ringing audio...

So my best bet is use a spare, which they dont have, analog port and build a hunt group for the 2 sets?

Just use internal twinning on the USER.

I have seen bells that use a microphone to pick up the speaker on the phone. but i would only use one as a last resort as they can trigger on unwanted sounds as well.
