Does nec IPS 2000 pabx have external paging port ? If so on what card?

Thanks,
So I can connect a cable between a PA input (MIC) and Cot card port. Then program a access code for that port, so that the user just dials an access code to use the external PA.
Also is internal paging limited to 16 digital extension? or is their all page zone?

Internal page is limited to 96 phones. Or, the first 6 groups. Less for IP phones.
External paging requires setting up a trunk route and placing the paging trunk in that route alone.
The set up is as follows, using trunk 10 in route 10 with access code *7;
3500>10>05
3509>10>15
3520>10>15
3505>10>0
3000>TK10>10
200>*7>110

There is a bit more than that to it (programming the trunk in Cmd 30 and the route in Cmd 35) but essentially yes and any user can dial the access code, both Dterm and analogue, unless you apply restrictions

Just realized Belvedere was posting whilst I was and that would be the way to do it!

I finally got this external paging set up. But i get really bad feedback , is there any settings on the pabx that , I can change? Or any ideas to stop the feedback?

Used a similar item over 25 years ago whilst working in the UK and it is an excellent solution, no chance of feedback.

Is CM3519 and CM42 PAD control able to be used to low the input into the AMP? would this help?

If there is an Amp involved wouldn't it just be easier to turn the volume down?
