Hi have a customer who wants to connect an IP500V2 V11 to an external amp for paging, I have been told that the amp has 100mv phono line input,i can create a short code Dial paging to an analoge ext etc but what do i need to physically connect?

any help appreciated.

Thanks

Would need more details on the amp. From what I can guess, you will need a Bogen WMT-1A isolation transformer. It will convert the 600 ohm output of the IPO to a Hi-Z input that can be used by either a line level (A.K.A phono input) of an amp or a mic level.

Dermis and feline can be divorced by manifold methods.*

you need to make a jumper cable and connect it to the tip and ring on the amp, on the other end will be your RJ45 or RJ11 end and that will plug into one of your analog ports. once connected in manager be sure to set that analog port to paging mode.

Extension > select your BPx Port x > Select Analogue > Under equipment classification select Paging Speaker
