External mail into Public Folders

Can anyone guide me?

I have:
NT 4
Exchange 5.5

I have created a public folder and set the relevant permissions for users homed on the server. I have set the DS Site permissions to allow the public folder to Accept Email from Annonymous users.

When I email the address I get this non-delivery.

JOB COSTING on Thu, 23 Jun 2005 10:22:02 +0100
The message could not be delivered because you do not have create permissions on this folder or it is only available to folder owners at this time

What permissions and where do i need to set.

Make sure the default user has the right to "create" items.

Anonymous may need that as well....I'm assuming that you set it for that already though.
