External IP Range

I have the ISA server installed. I need to publish a server. I try to add a rule but then it asks me to type in the internal IP address of the internal server (192.168.0.1) then type in the external IP Address of the ISA server, so i guess this is he IP address I have from my ISP provider. When I type that one in I get the message: The IP Address sprecified is not external.

My questions is where and how do I setup an external address so I can finish this rule ?

Trie these first.
1. Is your ISP ip adres mentioned in the LAT??
2. Is a NIC configured with the IP adres of the ISP?
3. Can you ping the external IP adres from your server?
4. Restarted the services?

aahh, exclllent....I have put my IP address in the LAT dir and it works. Tnx for the help
