My external harddisk was running properly, few days ago i connected it to my computer, windows can detect & recognize the disk correctly without any problems, but no partitions in my computer also nothing in disk management tool, i tried many things but problem still the same.
Can anyone help please.

Possibly a corrupted partition, not uncommon on external drives. Take the disk out, attach it directly to a motherboard interface (IDE, SATA), and initially try running something like GetDataBack. Do NOT allow Windows to check this drive during bootup. This gives you best options for retrieving data. However, you could just try running CHKDSK on it, but that will alter the structure and could make retrieval more difficult/impossible. After you've recovered your data, create a new partition on this drive and format it. Now run a full surface scan to check for any problems.
