What release? You may have to do it through remote access, which you can set up by looping a Tip/Ring station to a Line port.

I've always used Remote Access to do this. Dial in and enter the barrier code. When you hear the Merlin tone, dial *33 [tone is heard] adjunctExt [tone again] destinationExt [dah-dah-dah confirmation tone].
Absolutely check the RCF and T2T Xfer options as Tom suggested.

It is too early a release to use authorization codes for RCF - so you'll have to go with DISA
