I have a option 11 system
DID call comes in. Using IDC tables. Receptionist day and direct to extension at night.
A user call forward external to their cell. Day mode call comes in to receptionist and is transferred to the extension the call forward works to the cell phone.
THE PROBLEM
Night mode the call comes in and the IDC routes to the set. If call forward is active I get the number is not in service.
I turned MSGO and MSGI on and the dialed number shows the correct number.
The inbound is a PRI to telepacific.
TRMB is yes in the RDB
Is there a setting that anyone can think of?

Are the IDC tables different for day and night?. Can you copy the TNB and post it here please?.

Also can you post the RDR data in LD 21.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

At night time, can you make an internal call to the extension to see if it routes out to the cell phone?. This would rule out any incoming DID issues.

I can see that the usual prompts are done such as CLS CFXA and TRMB on the RDB. Have you tried changing the number to use the ACOD instead of "9". I.E. change key 04 CFW 15 790015623052569. Also check from the phone at night that it can dial this cell phone OK.

You could also try setting up a ACD queue using a spare DN and NCFW it to 915623052569. Then change key 4 to the ACD number?.

I couldn't see any TARG on the TNB, so using the ACOD, should work fine.
