Hi Guys,
i rencently upgraded the Ip Office to 8.1.91 and since then my virtuals extension get answered by the mailbox right away. he's what i've tried so far

Putting a login code (didn't enabled force login)
Make sur my "twinned when logged off" is enabled
I've tried putting the forward number in all the forwarding tabs, and also left them all blank
Tried with the VM Pro assisted transfert but give me strange beep sounds on my cell.

They have a PRI and without the mailbox the extension sounds buzy. anybody have a trick for me, i'm starting to miss ideas

Twining target number is reachable and correct configured? Why don't use a short code like 199/Dial/12345678SSi/LGrp where 12345678 would be the target.

Do you dial out on a SIP trunk? Then you should check SysMon for permission denied messages and the reason for that. Some providers want you to change From to the callers number but use the IPO' user DDI as P-Asserted Identity.

twinning number is reachable. i can reach it with an assisted transfer using VM Pro but if i put my short code for my module, it gets invalid number. I dont dial out using a SIP line

works fine with the short code....... A HUGE THANK YOU BUDDY, I'VE BEEN ON THAT ALL STUPID MORNING ;)

so it works if i use the shortcode but some extensions needs to use the ip office mailboxes. how come the twinning or the forwarding is not anymore accepted when a phones goes offline. that used to work before i upgrade. anyone else was aware of that. do i really need to downgrade the system like some user did in other threads?

Make sure you have an H323 extension associated with each user you have created. If there is no extension it will send it direct to the mailbox even if forward is on.

Have you watched in in System Status or run a monitor trace on it to see what is happening? It might become obvious at that point.

system status just shows me it got answer by the mailbox or just ringing straight to the extension. I'll look with the monitor
