There is an issue on site whereby they have an extension(5666) which has 2 ADNs on it, 7053 and 7052. These 2 lines have an external followme on to mobiles. They also have a DDI, assigned, 01772 89 4480 and 4481, which is programmed in the NUTRI table. If you call the extensions direct, ie 7052 the external follow me works, if you call the DDI then then follow me doesn't work.

Can somebody please help...

Thank you in advance

do the ADN's have set permission for DDI calls?

check SERV parameter D5, it must be 1 to accept DDI calls.

check witk KSCAP:DIR=7052&7053;

Greetings,
Daddy

Hi

I guess that this is tied to trunk to trunk call on the same route.
If you are in BC12, this is controlled by ASPAC 118 that must be set to 0

fouesnant,

ECF is one of the few cases where trunk to trunk is allowed, so aspac 118 does not matter here...

You will also need to check your "cnvtyp" & "numtyp" are correct.
This you can prove by signal tracing on NUD. STUNI:LIM=X,UNIT=NUD

If your outbound lines are in a different route to your inbound DDI you may also need to chack TCMAP to see if they are allowed to connect (last 2 digits in TRAF)

Thank you very much for all your help - this issue was resolved - the problem was with the catagory not being correct.
Cheers

thank you for responding walker...
