I have a customer that want to divert their incoming individual DDI calls to their mobile phones
I have allowed externall call forwarding in COS / Trunkks
I have set external route as 1
I have programmed flex button as "10 - Call Forward Immediate" 9XXXXXXXXXXX
When someone dials the user DDI they get back user busy
Any Ideas?
