We have an ODN with an ADN which has a DDI number pointed to it, in order to externally divert the ADN is there another way of doing it other than manually
1.
You have personal number license available?
If so you can make personal number on ADN number.
2.
You can make diversion on ADN, but the command CDINIIR=<ADN>,DIV=<DESTINATION>; allows a destination with up to 10 digits.
So depending on number to overflow to this applies.
3.
When the destination number is more then 10 digits you can solve this by putting in between an empty ACD group with a CDINI to a common abbreviated number. So then you get...
CDINIIR=<ADN>,DIV=<EMPTY ACD GROUP>;
CDINIIR=<EMPTY ACD GROUP>,DIV=<COMMON ABBREVIATED NUMBER>;
Mind SEL parameter of ACD group (SEL D3, D4 and D5.) Make D3=0 and D4D5 is 01 or more (up to 63).
4.
When BC release is BC12 you can use solution nr. 3 (above) too and substitute ACD group by Hunting group. A matter of preference!
