External directory not syncing

I'm sure I'm missing something stupid, haven't touched the directory in over a year

Exported the directory, made my corrections & imported.
In Manager, only see each contact once

Now having contacts that I changed show on the phones twice, once with each number.

Even deleted the entire external directory & reimported the correct list, but they still show on the phone twice.

IP Office 500 V2 (Server edition manager v9.1.9)

How many directory numbers are you referring to..
Is it possible the numbers are also stored in the Personal directory..

so if you delete the external directory then check to see if they have gone.
if they are still there then you may have to do a reboot to help clear them.

if they show up still then look at the personal directory to see what is in it.

then try and re-import them again.

Hi Snowman. They're not in the personal directories.
I did try deleting and re-importing the list (it's about 275).
Was hoping things would sync up over the weekend, but does look like I'll have to schedule a reboot to see if that clears the issue.
