External Device Minor alarm 1

How do i go about clearing a minor alarm. In ASA it states that its a External Device I havent investigated it pass that point.

You can try "test alarm clear". However, to know what caused the alarm you need to find out what's connected to the external alarm inputs. They are on pairs 1 (major) and 2 (minor) of the AUX cable on the back of the cabinet. I've seen everything from voicemail systems to generators hooked up.

I wouldn't just clear alarm without knowing first what the alarm was.

You cannot clear and external device alarm without fixing the issue or removing the wiring from the contact closure pair that turns on the alarm.
