External CFD of a DID to DID at another location

I have 2 Norstar MICS systems, both with PRI and DID's. An employee is moving from one location to another. Can I forward his DID to a DID at the other location without using his phone? Or do I have to use his phone and do an External Call Forward?

You must use a phone, however you can assign the DID to any phone such as reception then do the "Line Redirect" instead of External Forward.
