External Calls are routed to Operator on CFXA forward 2

I need assistance with a temporary solution for a downed voicemail system. I've read a bunch of posts but still haven't found one that will help me with this issue...

I have phone with CLS UNR CFXA SFA (was CTD - just changed for testing purposes). I need to foward it to a cell phone number (and yes, I know all the toll fraud issues - this is a temporary fix and a waiver has been signed).

Have tested these scenarios:
(the first is the preferred method by the customer)

1: HUNT/FDN/CFW to 9xxxxxx - internal calls work fine; external calls get routed to the operator on CFWD; FNA will ring several times, then blip for a second and ring again to the same extension.

2: HUNT/FDN/CFW to ACD NCFW to 9xxxxxx - internal calls work fine; all external calls go the operator

3: HUNT/FDN/CFW to access code + xxxxxxx - all calls get fast busy (even if dialing direct from the extension, the call gets fast busy and I get two BUG codes: BUG0040 BUG1366

Route has FTR OPT CFF and members are UNR, NCOS 0, TARG is blank.
NET_DATA has TRNX YES EXTT YES FTOP FTLY

Any ideas?

Trunk NCOS is 0, but it has CLS UNR - also, they use the same trunks for inbound and outbound.

change the ncos of the members to the frl that you need.

ok - will give that a shot & post back... I thought that if I had UNR, that it overrode NCOS...

no joy Ricky - it still does that loop thing on a FNA, you can hear it try to transfer, but then it just rings itself back.

I also tried to route to another VM system over TIE trunks using CDP and it does the same thing - routes to the operator. argh!

What would divert the calls to the Operator? or to call back to itself? hmmm...

Yep, the two sites are the same... I've got someone else looking at it now with me. I'm guess that we're still looking at something to do with the trunks themselves, but I brain fried at this point...

In the access code option you listed, make sure you have the right code for the route you want to use and make sure you are not adding the "9" after the acod and in front of the number. I had one tech swear up and down it was right, but one quick look and it was obvious with the fresh set of eyes what he had done in similar circumstances!

Yeah, checked that and she can't dial it direct either... I hammered that in about not dialing the '9'. Still no joy... I see several threads on here addressing the same issue, but they were closed with no resolution.

Can you print off the details for the test phone?. Are you using ACOD's or pre translation from the phone. i.e. XLST?.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

So, if someone internal dial xxxx the phone forward to the external number just fine after x number of rings?

but failed if calling xxxx from an external source, correct?

and you're positive that RDR OPT is set to CFF?

Please post the RDR D/B

Try setting the tgar of the phone to 0 as well. Look at the esn and see if tgar is turned on.

yyrkroon - yep - RDR posted below
GHTROUT - supervision isn't an option on the PRI trunks
RickyPone - TGAR isn't enabled...

Do an enhanced trace in LD 80 on your test TN and see where things are going for both internal and external calls. It will help guide you down the right path.
