External callers can't hear the conversation when using the handset

Hi,

I have one user on a KX-T7668 phone which when they call externally through the handset the callers can't hear them. However when they call internally on the handset there is no problem and when they call both externally and internally through the headset the recipent can hear them fine.

This is only affecting one extension and I have tried replacing both the handset and the cabling. All the extensions are connected to a Panasonic KX-TDA30 switch.

I'd be grateful of any suggestions.

Try to change the extension number and if it is still the same you have to default the system and reprogramm it. good luck

Thanks for the advice Mak12321. I tried changing the extension number and it works now.

I had something weird like this happen once and Station Feature Clear fixed it. Might want to give it a go.
