I have an option 11c, and I'm a bit confused on why certain DN's will appear on caller ID as the DN number, (on external calls) and some appear as our general dial-in number. I know it's something I'm missing when I set them up, but when I do a cpy 1 command on the PBX, and copy from a working TN it obviously works.

When I just do the following:
key 00 scr 4075

For instance, if I want to change an extension on an existing TN, if I nul out the key 00, and then set it to a diff extension, it will not show externally.

As always, any help is appreciated.

that table has entries, one of then is didn yes..

key 0 mcr 4940 5

will use clid table 5, and for me that is my table to display the did..

prt any set that is working correctly, it will have the clid entry after the dn.. if you don;t pick one, default is zero
