Hello everyone

I have Meridian 1 Opt.11, s/w rel.23. My problems is following:

1. I answer external call
2. I'm pressing Transfer key and dialing internal DN, pressing Transfer key second time to transfer the call and nothing happens.
This problem concerns all my phones.

When I answer internal call I am able to transfer to anyone internaly and externaly
Call forward is working fine for internal and external calls (incoming internal & external calls are forwarded to any internal DN & external number).

thanks for help

Try creating an external call and waiting 20 seconds before attempting transfer and see if that makes a difference. Post results.

Hi,
Unfortunately no change.

This transfer was working fine some time ago (even last week) In the meantime I made some configuration regarding tenant service. When I noticed problems with this transfer I removed all tenant configuration but it changed nothing

Pick one set for experiment purposes...Out it and rebuild it. Does this make a difference?

Anyone else out there run into this? Interesting problem.

I have already done this and no change.
PBX was reloaded for any case and ofcourse no change.

I have 3820 & 3310 phones and problem concerns all of them

Problem has been solved. Remains of tenant experiments, LD15, Net_Data, BSGC was 0 instead 1 or any other value than 0.
Thank's ArchTelecom and techman3030 for interest

Regards
Pawel
