We want to decrease the bill phone in salesman group that made international calls when they’re out the office, inside the company we’ve an excellent plan in order to do internationals calls, with some lines located in a specific Pool.
We’ve a MICS 4.0, with this system is possible to redirect an external call in order to use the lines located in the specific Pool to make an international call???
I really appreciate your comments and ideas to solve this situation.

One way you should be able to do it is when you answer a call and want to redirect it to a particular trunk is to press conference, press the key you have your line pool code programmed under (F64X), dial the international #, press conference and press the line on hold with creats the bridge and then press F70 or your transfer key to transfer the call and hang up. Your calling party should be redirected.

That's one way that we use when there's someone in the office but our problem is when there's nobody.
I want to be able to redirect the incomings lines when there's nobody in the office.

There is the line redirect feature in the systems but that redirect All calls.

You could use the outbound transfer feature in the voicemail system where the callers are instructed to press 7 to reach (my cell, or whatever) if your software in the Voicemail is new enough.

That is done through F981 - Admin - press 8 and follow the instructions. You may have to build a route and destination codes and point the route to the particular line pool - it's been a while since I've done one that wasn't on a PRI.

Routing and destination codes are in the installers CD

just my two cents worth...

does your system have DISA?...with DISA you can set-up an incoming line to be picked up by DISA, the caller then enters his password, he gets dial tone (MICS's dial tone -- as if he is physically in the office) then dial out to wherever.

We don't have DISA. We have a MICS 4.0 and Startalk Flash(VoiceMail).
If I want to use the outbound transfer mode in the voicemail system, Could you explain this procedure???
