External Call FWD

I am having a bear of a time getting EXT CF to work on a CICS.
I have a CICS 6.1 with 4 analog lines. The customer wants one set to forward to her cell #. I have set Route 2 to point to Pool B, Dest Code 8A pointing to Route 2 and Absorb 1, Line 4 is set as Pool B.

I programmed CF NA to 8XXX-XXXX.

I have also tried a combo of dialouts in the Route 2 using F78 and/or F804 and also no Dialout #. It's not working. Any ideas?

Have you verified from a idle phone that if you dial 8xxxxxxx that it conectes to cell phone

I'd try 1 or 2 pauses after the 8 in the phone number.

Did you allow redirect in the capabilities for that set

Make sure allow redirect is on for the set and I think you absorb all digits. The rest looks like it should work.
