Hello everyone

We have a customer running server edition REL 11. with a combination of digital/analog/J Series Phones/ and a PRI Circuit

People can receive incoming calls/ make outgoing calls/ we can transfer calls internally and externally

When we call forward a user unconditionally to an external number we have the following situation.

If we call in through Voicemail Pro and dial the extension of the user that we have forwarded the call gets successfully completed.

If we call from am internal extension the call does not forward externally.

We have the transfer inhibits all set correctly as the forwarding does work somewhat and the transfer works

Any Ideas.

I wouldn't use Unconditional Forward in this situation, Mobile Twinning is a much better option.

Do a Monitor trace with all of the ISDN options checked. Place the unsuccessful call and see what caller ID the system is trying to push out. Probably only the internal extension number of the phone placing the call, and being rejected by the PRI carrier

I added NsXXXXXXXXXX where "X's" are a 10 digit phone number under ARS and things are working fine now
