Hi,

I am trying to set up an external follow me for a hunt group.

Group number is 1444, spare voice number is 1924, external divert position is cell phone.

I have tried setting 1924 as an abb dial to cell phone, then *24*1444*1924# but that didn't work.

I have tried setting 1924 as a generic extension with a pelpi straight to cell phone then *24*1444*1924# but that also does not work.

Can anyone help me here, I have a customer getting more irritated :eek:(

Thanks for ALL suggestions :eek:)

PRE BC12 :you can't external forward a GH with *24* (use an acd group instead and control this group with acd supervisor /operator
from BC12 a GH member can do *22*GH#external nr#

Cheers,
Daddy

Is all the agents logged out?
CDINI:DIR=1444,DIV=1924;

*21*OWN EXT# Logs agent out of group
#21# Logs into group

Isn't it possible PRE-BC12 to do a *24*......?
I can do it in BC11SP15 but the atleast one of member extensions needs to be a master extension
SPEXI:DIR=XXXX,OPT=M;
ADCOI:ABB=1924,TRA=00123456789,CLASS=0; ( 0&&3 ??? )

Then do the *24*1444*1924# from the XXXX ext.

To cancel : #24*1444# from XXXX ext.

*24* can't be used for EXTERNAL destinations

No thats right but you can route it to an abbreviated number, like he tried to do with the 1924 ext.

Operstors can also do the *24*1444*1924# command

The SEL-parameter need to be more than 00 in the last 2 digits though.

Hi,

Ive make first een common Abreviated number to an external number.
Then you make an extension with an direct diverte position to that common Abreviated number. (*21#)
At last you do *24*1444*extension# on an master extension.

I have BC11 and it works.

Icfuc, don't know in what market you are but in European market systems *24*GH*External# is not allowed, EVEN if external = abb. the pbx won't accept the procedure and will give wrong format.

You have richt.

The extension is wrong.
It is an empty ACD

The ACD have an automatic divertee to the common abreviated number.

The GH have an *24* to the empty ACD.
