I'm trying to set call forwarding to a cell on one extension. The system version is SP:30DHC12 NAT. I'm not sure how to read this. Looks like version 7? If I access intercom and dial 9 I get c.o dial tone. So access code is okay. I have also set Allow Redirect to Yes for that extension. However , when I go to activate feature by F4 I get reorder tone(fast busy) as soon as enter the 9(access code Pool A) before the Cell number.
Not sure why. What am I missing?
Thanks

Even better...7.1

SystemProgramming/AccessCodes/Remove 9 from Pool A and also from External (make None).
Services/Routing/Dest Codes/Create Dest code 9 to use Route 001
Services/Routing/Routes/Route 001 / Use Pool X (what your lines use), Absorb ALL

Now try it

Will removing 9 affect Analog devices. Can I create what you suggested with code 8 in Route 001.
Thanks

Nothing is effected, you are just substituting Pool A code for Dest Code, no device or human would know the difference.

Yes you could use 7 or 8 or double digits like 81.

You can also program the mobile number if always to the same number it forwards too.

So if 81 is a dest code to use route 001 then enter the mobile number in route 001

Then you just need to F481
Another user could be F482 and so on.

Hi,

Hope you are well and healthy. Given the COVID situation, we are trying to call forward our calls to the appropriate people in our small company.
I’m trying to setup external transfer by SET/EXTENSION, so that when people call into my extension, it will automatically transfer the call to my cell – instead of going to startalk flash voicemail.
If someone calls Alan’s extension, it will do likewise to his cell.
If someone calls Jay’s extension, it will forward to Jay’s cell.
Etc…..
I’ve spent farr too long combing through the manuals, searching online and trying different things… nothing is working.
I’ve tried F 4 and then can’t get out to a line pool or enter an external number.
This is so frustrating. Can you please help?

I have an old system, see photo attached.

I really appreciate your help.

Thanks

Hi Laurie

I replied to your email, now I see this this post.... your software is too old.
Best option as stated in email is to utilize CCR for those whom need it or use Off Premise Notification from the mailboxes.
