I have an MICS with a PRI interface. I have created a Route and Destination code. I am able to enter Feat.4, the Destination code and a telephone number plus a 3 digit account code on a test phone. When I dial in on the cutomers pilot number, they answer the call and transfer it to the test phone. It forwards the call to the external number with no problem. However when I dial in using a DID to the test phone it will not forward the call. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the quick reply! However, if i can send a test call in and have it transfered to the phone in question and it forwards to an external location. Doesn't that show that I have Redirect on and have 2 intercoms. I am missing something between a transfered call and a direct call(DID). I will be on site today and check everything again. Any thoughts?
Thanks

Curly, thanks for your patience. I have Redirect set in Capabilities, does it appear elsewhere in Line programming? I believe the DID is pointed at a Target line which is assigned to the phone.

What version software?

To re-cap mentioned

Route XXX told to use PRI-X
Dest code told to use route XXX
Allow Redirect
Target line must be assigned to Appear and Ring at that phone.
Target line to have 2 Appearances in programming - maybe!
2 Intercom keys
Carrier to allow Trunk to Trunk transfer
When LD codes used the dial string should be DEST XXX-XXX-XXXX PP LDcode - P = Pause (feature 78 to enter one)

Outta ammo!
