Hello all,

I am attempting to enable call forward all to an external number. I need to do this remotely as the site is vacant and very far away. They will no longer need local dial tone for this extension.

I enabled CFXA on this TN, however when I try to do a call forward all or even a forward no answer, I get SCH.

Can someone please explain to me in plain language how to do this? I would appreciate it greatly.

Here is the configuration:

It look as if you are missing the FTR CFW 16 at the bottom of the set details.

Try..

That should do it.

Is your phone system as your site networked to the remote site? If yes, set up your SCPW password and you would be able to invoke call forwarding remotely with an FFC code.

If the phone is no longer needed then I would out it and just build the Extension as an ACD. Then NCFW that to where ever you want to, this way no one could accidently remove the forward from the phone also.

After setting the params, that Firebird provided, look at thread798-1560875

Hi All,

Thank you for your excellent suggestions. I think hawks had the closest to what my intention was. I can't build this onto a key since the site is unmanned. I just need to forward all calls from this DID to an external number.

I did an OUT on the DN and created an ACD with the same number, following the instructions as described here in 'How to Create an ACD to redirect a number - www.GHTROUT.com'

However when I try to add the external number in NCFW, I get SCH0430 .

I did a PRT below as well as captured the input from my attempt. Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

Do you have the NPA 1805 built out for a LD call?

Jamie2,

I looked it up and it's not in the NPA, however I found an SPN for 180591 as shown:

We usually build sets that don't need local DT and that we want to send to an external number as phantom 500 sets using DCFW 16 and the number. Then there are few things to worry about (mainly TGAR, NCOS and CFXA). An example...
